Description

The traveling induration process is developed from the inspiration of traveling sintering machine process, which is a mature pellet production process.

The whole process (drying, preheating, calcination, cooling) is completed on one equipment, which is characterized by simple process, compact layout, light tonnage of equipment required, etc., creating conditions for factory to reduce floor area, reduce work amount, realize the recycling of baking gas, and reduce heat and power consumption.

The traveling induration is especially suitable for expanding the production scale and realizing large-scale requirements. Its maximum specification has reached 750 ㎡, and the single unit output has reached more than 5 million tons/year. In the 1980s, our company had trial produced induration machine trolley for traveling induration machine operated by Anshan Steel and Baotou Steel.

In 2012, we signed and supplied a 388.5 ㎡ induration machine with a customer in the Middle East. The design capacity of this equipment is 2.5 million tons/year, which has achieved a breakthrough in designing and manufacturing of induration machine.
